•1.     I wish to know the delivery cost and delivery time.

LE SITE DES Robemariee-charlotte.com sells & delivers worldwide. The delivery costs depends on the weight of the good and the destination according to LaPoste ratebase.

Delivery time is usually 10 to 15 working days for evening dresses & 20 working days for wedding gowns as from the time your payment has been encashed. However if your order is urgent please contact us, we will do our best to speed up things

•2.     I wish to know if there's a shop MARIEE-CHARLOTTE in France and where is it?

We sell exclusively online, and this is thanks to the reduced costs pertaining to e-commerce that our high class products are offered at the most accessible price 

 

•3.     May I order a dress in tailored version or change to another color?

This is possible, but there an additional 10 Euros charge. You must also write clearly all details of your measurements Remember that all custom-tailored dresses are not refundable nor exchangeable.

If you wish to change the color of the dress, you must email us with the ref number of such dress & the color require. We will go back to you in the shortest delay.

 

•4.     May I request some personal modification to a dress? May I request some personal modification to a certain dress of your catalogue

Please email us the reference of the dress and what you require. We will consult then our designer and come back to you rapidly with the answer.

 

•5.     The status of my command is seen as "delivered" since a few days. Why is it that I have not received my dress as yet.

This status only means that your order has been validated & that your order is being processed. The dress is gong to reach within the indicated delay then. You may as well send us a mail asking the position of your parcel at the present time. A reply will be addressed with the information.

 

•6.     I have received the dress corresponding to my order, but unfortunately it does not fit me ( too small, big, short, long... ).  I would like to know if I may exchange it or obtain a credit note. .

It is possible to change it for another dress. You must voice that request by emailing us no more than 7 days after reception. You may upon return of the dress either get an exchange or a credit note. In the 1st case of the exchange the cost will be increased by the new transport fee, and in the 2nd case, the credit note will be reduced by the previous transport fee.

 

•7.     How can I follow my parcel?

•8.     Why is there no report of my parcel on line?

The information will be available 2 or 3 days after dispatch. Please note there is no update through the week end.

 

•9.     Why is it that I may not pay for my command with my bank card? Is there any problem?

Paypal accept only two types of card: visa card and master international. If you do not have any card, you can email us and demand information for other kind of payment.

•10.  How to order a dress?

1. Choose the size and color

2. Add the dress to your shopping cart. Verify the ID of the dress you have chosen.

3. Click "command"

4. Verify the delivery address, click "suite"

5. Choose Paypal or indicate bank transfer in the comment.

6. Click "valider commande".

After you've paid for your order, you will get your own order number.

P.S. Bank transfer: your order will be valid after we receive the proof of the transaction, you will then receive a confirmation letter.
